Plot Summary
While Thomas Jefferson writes the Declaration Of Independance , Brain writes an alternate declaration that would make him leader, if he can switch it with the real declaration. But when Brain's declaration ends up instead at the end of Ben Franklin's kite, the mice must get it back before the delegates sign the real declaration.
